Yi-Cheng Chi, the lead designer of the winning design Plain white ‧ Framing ‧ Scenic view explains “The architect used an amount of black and white building mass, horizontal and vertical geometrical staggered blocks with delicate metal grid wall free facade designs. The windows introduce of a large number of natural light, while in the west the deep-set windows are to prevent sunlight which affect the use of interior space.
