| DESIGN NAME: Elegant Ultimate PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: This project is a 80-square feet mansion in modernistic style, the building situated at Sioushuei Township, Changhua County. The designer makes each floor has its own subject, the ideas satisfying the beloved America and simple style requested from the owner by presenting excellent atmosphere in every floor of the broad indoor space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contemporary aesthetics is the idea for designing the second floor, where the geometric space configuration and circulation is mixed with the warm wooden materials, which mix and match the fashion and avant-garde atmosphere. The grille screen is used as the medium in the public space between the living room and dining room. It is the design combined with wood brick flooring which keeps the independent function among the living room, dining room, and worship hall. It is also the design which is penetrable and public. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The contemporary aesthetics is the idea for designing the second floor, where the geometric space configuration and circulation is mixed with the warm wooden materials, which mix and match the fashion and avant-garde atmosphere. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: By using the lower couch and table, the designer creates the cordial and free atmosphere. The grey couches, stainless steel irons, and TV cabin trimmed with veneer present the beauty in different levels by using the progressive colors. The wall behind the couch is furnished with metallic murals which both become the focus of vision and interpret the mixture of introversion and fashion. The glass sliding door, separating the resting room and kitchen, extends the visual penetration.
