Ming-Hsin Chung, the lead designer of the winning design Elegant Ultimate explains “The contemporary aesthetics is the idea for designing the second floor, where the geometric space configuration and circulation is mixed with the warm wooden materials, which mix and match the fashion and avant-garde atmosphere. The grille screen is used as the medium in the public space between the living room and dining room. It is the design combined with wood brick flooring which keeps the independent function among the living room, dining room, and worship hall.
