| DESIGN NAME: BBG-Brand fashion shoes flagship store PRIMARY FUNCTION: Fashion Shoes Store INSPIRATION: We dismantled the original stairs. The new, novelly designed stairs rooted at a better location. We sculptured a soft and flowing handrail with hard seamless brushed stainless steel in 3D print models and manual sculpture way. The main material used is stainless steel, integral and seamless. It is the world’s first and unique handrail that grows up gradually from the ground (not start from the common 1000mm). We installed a flowing smooth mirror on the other side of the stairs. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A fashion shoes flagship store with 18 years old, asked us for an innovative redesign of a state of the art and fashion shopping space to attract customers and effectively alleviate the impact from on-line sellers. We helped to deliver a comprehensive design to completely upgrade the image of this 1000m2 store, including: architectural renovation, overall interior design, product, store brand new logo and visual identity system. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: It is the world’s first and unique handrail that grows up gradually from the ground (not start from the common 1000mm). installed a flowing smooth mirror on the other side of the stairs, so that the stairs and the handrail look twice wider in people’s eyes. Using similar techniques, contemplated other soft-looking facilities, such as the pillars, the façade, the stairs, the vases, and the checkout counters. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: they sculptured some huge shoes jumped up and kicked into the wall. Some models made from real shoes went into the ceiling. All the steel sculptures except their mirror parts have brushed matt finishes, which avoid mass reflection and fingerprints. It’s looks so soft, but it’s still steel.
