| DESIGN NAME: LYNX CLUB Business & Beauty PRIMARY FUNCTION: SPA&BEAUTY INSPIRATION: Interior in space style. A reconstruction feeling of zero gravity, with imitation of a runway of the spaceport, a trajectory of flights of spaceships, a portal, space art gallery, on list walls the spaces hinting at infinity, the Milky Way scattered on a ceiling in style of surrealism of a list, the lamp imitation of the turned water drop. On walls the image of planets UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The complex consisting of 3 floors. An interior 1-2 floors in space style. Consisting of a lobby and five halls with pools and SPA zones. The space of each hall which is technically equipped multipurpose, laconic simplest forms, safe and comfortable. Each room has the color scheme. Elements of futurism and surrealism are offered that emphasizes identity of an interior. On the 3rd floor the hall, restaurant and author's hotel SPA numbers were placed OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: LYNX CLUB Business & Beauty is designed for representatives of business community. A complex place where the businessman can have a rest and restore forces. Two first floors are given for the zone SPA and rest, five two-level hall were placed there. In everyone — the pool, massage rooms and hydromassage bathtubs, lunch zones, steam rooms. In each hall — the set: in one — waterslides, in other — a tropical shower, the ice generator, in the third — the drop fountain. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In an interior materials stainless steel, aluminum, tempered glass, plastic, an artificial stone, decorative plaster, acrylic glass, porcelain tile, a mosaic glass, an aerographics, a LED profile, decorative metal screens for batteries were used. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The building 3 floors the total area of 5000 sq.m., the Spa zone of 4000 sq.m, 5 halls with pools of 2 floors including bathing numbers with pools, a jacuzzi, saunas, damp and wooden steam rooms, massage offices, rooms for rest, 4 author's numbers with a jacuzzi, with vlyzhny and wooden steam rooms, the hall of warm stones, restaurant, bar, a conference room, mini hotel, beauty shop, a karaoke club TAGS: Minimalism, surrealism, space, bionic, futurism, loft, art deco, constructivism, hi-tech RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The customer set the task to make an interior in space, minimalistic style the first and second a floor with smooth transition to the 3rd floor where styles of an art deco, eclecticism were offered. In an interior futuristic, bionic, surrealistic forms are used. The photo and the description of planets of star system were seen. Search of finishing materials, lamps, selection and development of furniture suitable for these styles. Odelochny materials had to conform to requirements for damp rooms, to fire norms, have anti-vandal qualities, keep effective hygienic and ecological safety. Collection of information was entered on the Internet, visit of shops, offices, the international construction exhibitions. Specialists in production in sketches of the designer of individual elements of an interior, furniture were involved. There was an ambitious task - to create an interior, equal to which in the country to find not so simply. This noble, expensive place which is intended, first of all, for a relaxation and improvement. As a result the interior completely corresponds to wishes and expectations of the Customer. CHALLENGE: The most complex challenge in the design project was to connect the first and second floors in space style to the third floor. Where it was offered smooth transition via the elevator to the hall and restaurant in style of an art deco, eclecticism, with elements and forms in futuristic style. NAME: Gurleva Marina PROFILE: LYNX Business & Beauty three floors which unite in themselves the business center, развлекательнй a complex, hotel, bar, restaurant and a Spa salons. On 1 floor the lobby with a seven-meter atriumny zone is located where to be a reception, bar. Two-storeyed halls with pools, damp steam rooms, wooden saunas, a relax zones all in space style with elements of surrealism and futurism. On the 3rd floor the conference room, restaurant, a karaoke club, author's hotel rooms in thematic styles were placed. Interior design I am engaged within 15 years. More than 300 projects private and public are during this time realized. |
