| DESIGN NAME: SHELL PRIMARY FUNCTION: Bus station INSPIRATION: Inspiration for designer Ivashchenko Eugeny at this project - the desire to unite different people, different beliefs, different religions, different nationalities.. Bus stop - the place where different people meet at the same time for expected a transport.. This is the place - where together should be comfortable for anyone. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design bus stop is unique in that it is a form of graphic elements known and understood by many peoples and religious beliefs ... This design uses the basic signs and symbols: sun, moon, stars, circles, man, five, starfish, Ichthys , fish, three, Holy Trinity, fleur-de-lis, the eye, mandorla ... they all mean a deep, positive functions and signs of life, nature ... OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This design bus stop is economically feasible. Manufacturing cost only 1,500 euros. It is possible to gather at the site of the details. All the details may be replaced with new ones .. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The city of Kaliningrad. 2014. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Simple and cost-effective technology: Assembling the frame fasteners: steel rivets 6mm. Metal pipe sections: 60 x 60mm., 60 x 30mm., 50 x 50mm., 40 x 20mm., Corners 50 x 20, gibs 1mm. Polycarbonate (10 mm.) Aluminum clamps; Boards: planed wood, thickness 30mm. Treated with antiseptic and flame retardants; Plastic: light transmitting (Transparent) shockproof, 8mm Vandal.
