OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Easywall Mineral Composite Panel is a type of Engineered, Efficient and
Economical building material that has been designed and manufactured
100% in Iran and 100% for the geographical territory of Iran. Passing the required tests and achieving the proper certifications for its
strengths, Easywall Panel could remove its entire weak points concerning
raw materials, manufacturing procedures and proper installation details.
Hence, the end product was a Surface Composite with good energy saving
and earthquake resistance features.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The primery studies of the project was started in January 2009 in Tehran/IRAN and filinized in 13 month. The prototype was made in Aprill 2010 in Tehran and finished in May 2011 in same city (Tehran). Easywall Mineral Composite Panel was exhibited in Tehran Urban Materias in August 2011 as well as Tehran Confair in October 2012.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
Easywall panel was designed and made in a 7 step program that focused on the special casting and finding the right dimensions. Moreover, mixing the mineral elements to get the best mineral composite formula and testing it was a real challenge. Serving as a modern wall panel, Easywall is a mineral composite panel with special design and features and has been reinforced with a polyethylene mesh as well as very tiny polypropylene fibers that make it strong and earthquake-resistant.

Iran needs about fifteen million houses to cover the needs and must industrialize the building industry. We focused on the ways we could have a role in this movement and tried to cover some weak points. Then we studied the energy wasting in houses, earthquake effects, buildings life time, population growth rate, and also the export potentials. Also making a green building material was a must for our research topic, and also the target product must be made in country with no dependency to abroad.
The real challenge was making the right mixture of ther mineral elements to make a right composite, as well as making a special casting. This composite must be strong in case of humid, fire & physical pressures.
