UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This design features an interwoven gold circle symbolizing unity, strength, and continuity, paired with sleek typography for clarity and sophistication. The premium gold color reflects luxury and high quality, making it unique and memorable. It balances elegance and cultural meaning, embodying "Mawa" as a symbol of comfort and belonging.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This logo operates as a versatile and impactful visual identity, seamlessly adapting across various mediums like print, digital, and signage. Its clean, modern design ensures clear communication, while the interwoven gold circle adds an element of sophistication and memorability. The balance between the emblem and typography makes it instantly recognizable, creating a strong connection with the audience. Its elegance and scalability ensure consistent performance across all applications.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project was designed in February 2022, In Riyadh Saudi Arabia, and it is used in the company's office.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Used Adobe Illustrator to make the logo and all it's applications, the photos was edited using Adobe Photoshop.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This non-physical logo design features a geometric circular emblem with smooth, interwoven elements symbolizing unity and strength. A gold gradient adds depth and luxury, crafted using advanced digital tools. The modern sans-serif typography is precisely aligned with the emblem, ensuring balance and clarity. Optimized for scalability, the design maintains its versatility across print, digital, and large-format applications, making it both functional and visually impactful.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This design was created through research aimed at developing a logo that embodies luxury and comfort in the real estate sector. It symbolizes unity, strength, and premium quality by blending cultural symbolism with modern luxury branding trends. Designed using Adobe Illustrator, feedback from experts and clients refined the concept. The gold circular emblem and modern typography enhance emotional connection and clarity, establishing trust and elevating design standards in the industry.
CHALLENGE: The hardest part was combining cultural meaning with a modern, luxurious look. We needed the design to reflect the Arabic meaning of Mawa while appealing to a high-end market. Creating the gold circle to symbolize unity and luxury, while making it work across different formats, was a big challenge. Limited feedback and ensuring the design connected with all audiences were obstacles we overcame by testing and refining the design multiple times.
