RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The design is rooted in biophilic principles, exploring how nature-integrated environments improve mental well-being, air quality, and spatial efficiency. Studies on multi-tiered forestry, microclimates, and material sustainability informed the selection of native plants and energy-efficient systems. Research also guided the project's privacy-focused urban planning, optimizing personal space within a green communal setting.
CHALLENGE: The challenge was to balance nature’s organic fluidity with architectural precision. Constructing a multi-layered green façade required innovative structural solutions, ensuring longevity without compromising aesthetics. Integrating biophilic design, biodiversity, and sustainability while maintaining luxury, privacy, and functional efficiency pushed the boundaries of conventional residential architecture.
