| DESIGN NAME: House GR31 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Private Residence INSPIRATION: I believe my homes unite man, nature and architecture. A simple but sophisticated material and color concept is the perfect setting for the owns contemporary art collection. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The white Volume contrast with the rough natural stone elements of the Gardenwalls. White plastered walls, wooden oak floors and local Limestone for floors, bathrooms, chimneys and Walls. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Different light related garden qualities, like a sunken courtyard for the indoor pool aerea, the morning sun play and herb kitchen garden, the sheltered outside dining terrace and the open lounge to the evening sun. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2019 in Munich and finished in 2023 FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Architecture, Building and Structure Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Concrete structure, ventilated facade, metall cladding, white plastered walls, wooden oak floors and local Limestone for floors, bathrooms chimneys and walls. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Area 1878 m2 TAGS: House, minimal, luxury, architecture, landscape RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The precisely crafted detailing creates an atmosphere of sensitive luxury.
