| DESIGN NAME: Mida Yan Font PRIMARY FUNCTION: Type Design INSPIRATION: The inspiration comes from the calligraphy of ancient Chinese calligrapher Yan Zhenqing. The stroke characteristics of Yan Zhenqing's calligraphy are light horizontally and heavy vertically. This font has been redesigned in terms of glyph structure, incorporating calligraphy touch at the end of strokes such as curling, pressing, vertical hooks, vertical curved hooks, and diagonal hooks, showcasing a rounded and rich temperament. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This font is a structural analysis based on the calligraphy of the famous ancient Chinese calligrapher Yan Zhenqing. Retaining the characteristics of horizontal light and vertical heavy strokes, adding calligraphy touch at the end of strokes such as curling, pressing, vertical hook, vertical curved hook, and oblique hook, making the font have a rounded and rich temperament. This font is suitable for application in packaging products with a cultural and contemporary atmosphere.
