INSPIRATION: The inspiration behind this project stemmed from a deep-rooted commitment to revolutionize healthcare and empower individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. Motivated by the desire to transcend boundaries and make a meaningful impact, our team sought inspiration from the evolving landscape of global healthcare, the profound societal shifts catalyzed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the inherent human need for compassion and innovation.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our design embodies the essence of Zydus Group's transformative journey, seamlessly integrating empathy and innovation, legacy and transformation. The vibrant color palette, symbolizing purposeful care and dynamic innovation, sets it apart, reflecting the brand's evolution and commitment to nurturing health.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project commenced in February 2022 in Mumbai and concluded in October of the same year, also in Mumbai. Its exhibition was inaugurated at the Zydus office in Ahmedabad.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This project engaged in exploratory research aimed at understanding stakeholder perceptions and evolving consumer demands within the healthcare sector. Through qualitative interviews, surveys, and market analysis, we delved into the shifting dynamics of healthcare consumption and the emerging role of pharmaceutical companies in societal well-being. Insights gleaned from this research informed strategic decision-making, guiding the repositioning of Zydus Group as a holistic healthcare provider
CHALLENGE: The most significant challenge encountered during this design activity was navigating the intricate interplay of internal and external factors shaping the healthcare landscape. Internally, reconciling Zydus' rich legacy with its ambitious vision required careful deliberation and strategic alignment. Externally, navigating regulatory complexities, market dynamics, and technological advancements posed formidable obstacles. Overcoming these challenges demanded innovative thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and unwavering dedication to our vision of redefining healthcare paradigms for the betterment of society.
