| DESIGN NAME: Fantasy City PRIMARY FUNCTION: Decorative Illustration INSPIRATION: In my daily life, I often draw inspiration from the buildings around me. However, the most profound inspiration often comes from nature. Nature provides me with an endless array of vibrant colors, with each season unfolding like a magnificent painting, presenting different hues before my eyes. These natural colors and scenes not only inspire my creativity but also teach me how to blend different colors and elements into my architectural designs, creating unique and impressive works. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This illustration depicts a city brimming with fantasy and vitality, as if leaping from the pages of a fairy tale. The entire scene is filled with a rich array of colors, giving off an enchanting feeling. The city is interconnected with various whimsical shapes, resembling melted candy. Each one has a unique design and color scheme. The entire illustration exudes a sense of wonder, joy, and harmony, as if it were a fantastical world. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project started in July 2023 and finished in September 2023. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: Graphic, Illustration, Brand IP, Modern, Artwork RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I always strive to recreate the scenes from my dreams and find ways to incorporate as many colors as possible into the illustration. While I initially referred to it as a city, over time, more and more abstract shapes replaced the tangible elements, and the dream world transitioned into reality. CHALLENGE: I must consider the interaction between various colors, taking into account their brightness, saturation, and hue. I need to contemplate which colors can harmoniously coexist and complement each other, as well as identify potential clashes between them. Secondly, individuals often have diverse emotional responses and associations with colors. I must determine which colors I can effectively use to convey my feelings about this painting to others.
