| DESIGN NAME: Green PRIMARY FUNCTION: Calendar INSPIRATION: Growing houseplants takes time and effort. It is very difficult for busy urbanites. We developed Green calendar to solve this problem. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Green calendar is designed with the theme of houseplants. Assemble the flowerpot-shaped base and insert the plants to easily enjoy life with greenery. Brand Concept Quality designs have the power to modify space and transform the minds of its users. They offer comfort of seeing, holding and using. They are imbued with lightness and an element of surprise, enriching space. Our products are designed using the concept of Life with Design. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The pot-shaped base can be easily assembled without using glue or scissors. It can be displayed anywhere because it is a familiar motif and it is designed compactly. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The Green calendar is produced utilizing advanced printing and processing technologies from the manufacturing powerhouse of Japan. Product quality is supported by the subtleties and care of specialists. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Dimensions: H188×W108×D70mm, Package size: H190×W140×D20mm TAGS: Calendar, Houseplant, Japan RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: Die-cutting 1.4mm cardboard was the most difficult. To ensure that the parts of the pod are assembled accurately and that the plant is neatly inserted into the pot, a high-precision punching blade is produced and a skilled craftsman cuts out the molds one by one.
