With extensive research for environmentally friendly materials and systems, automation, and bespoke furnishings to create a truly exceptional living experience. Inspired from a desire to an effortlessly luxurious journey and beauty in its details. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The luxury villa design is a reflection of the owner's taste, personality, and lifestyle. It incorporates sustainable design principles such as solar panels, green roofs, and rainwater harvesting systems, reducing environmental impact and energy costs. Smart home technology enables remote control of lighting, temperature, and security. High-quality materials such as marble, hardwood, and natural stone ensure durability, and customization options include bespoke furnishings and layouts. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The villa utilizes innovative technology that allows for more efficient and effective performance. Capturing effortless elegance and beauty. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2022, and finished in 2023, and is located in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design was created using a combination of advanced computational design techniques and traditional design principles. Utilizing parametric modeling to generate and optimize the geometry of the structure, resulting in a highly efficient and structurally sound design. An extensive research was conducted on sustainable materials and systems, incorporating features such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 40,000 square feet BUA, Basement, Ground, First, Roof TAGS: Luxury Villa, Sustainable Design, Smart Home Technology, High-Quality Materials, Customization, Bespoke Furnishings, Exclusive Location, Energy Efficient, Innovative, Exceptional Living Experience. RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The research aimed to create a luxurious villa that reflects the owner's lifestyle, taste, and personality, with sustainable design principles, smart home technology, high-quality materials, and customization options. Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including literature reviews, surveys, interviews, and observations. Employing various research tools such as online survey platforms, interview guides, and observation checklists . CHALLENGE: The greatest challenge in this design project was striking a balance between the client's preferences and the necessity for sustainability and innovation. Developing a design that reflected the client's taste and lifestyle while integrating sustainable materials and systems. There were also external challenges like the scarcity of certain materials, regulations for constructing in ecologically sensitive areas, and the need to adhere to the client's budget.
