PRIMARY FUNCTION: Food Waste Treatment
INSPIRATION: A large amount of kitchen waste is wasted, causing environmental pollution. We hope to reuse kitchen waste in a low-carbon way.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This equipment is designed and manufactured by using microbial complete aerobic decomposition technology, and is suitable for small restaurants, canteens, large families and other scenes. It is characterized by energy conservation, environmental protection, high efficiency, no pollution, no odor, and low operating cost.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: After putting microbial inoculants and auxiliary materials into the kitchen machine at one time, food waste is continuously added every day, which can last for more than one month. It does not need to dump food waste outside. The reduction of food waste decomposition is close to 95%, thus solving the problem of food kitchen collection and centralized treatment from the source.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was designed in Shenzhen in August 2022. The design was completed in November 2022.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The appearance materials of the equipment are processed with stainless steel, surface baking paint and transfer printing technology. The equipment technology adopts microbial complete aerobic decomposition technology.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The composition characteristics of kitchen waste are determined by the food habits and living habits of the generation group and the subsequent storage, collection and transportation system. Compared with foreign kitchen waste, domestic kitchen waste is very different. The biggest feature is the rich content of recyclable resources, such as biomass energy, oil and grease.In view of the above characteristics, no microbial strains are added in the treatment process of this product to reduce the treatment cost and avoid the uncertainty of environmental friendly microorganisms.
CHALLENGE: This product adopts an integrated design, which is more in line with the family or restaurant environment in terms of appearance. Make it a part of household or restaurant electrical products. In the design, a built-in catch basin is added to eliminate the need for external drainage pipes for similar products. Intuitive key setting and operation panel design simplify the operation mode. The external door of the cabinet is designed with sound insulation door to reduce the noise during operation.
