| DESIGN NAME: Meishan Mining PRIMARY FUNCTION: Smart Center INSPIRATION: Meishan Mining smart center is an old plant reconstruction project, which is composed of three adjacent buildings, the original machine repair workshop, the parts warehouse and the warehouse. A group of hill-shaped corridors are added to the North facade of the three buildings to connect them as a whole. Inspired by the surrounding mountains,The corridors adopt Abstract mountain shapes and gray and white tones to highlight the beautiful style of white walls and black tiles Jiangnan architecture. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located at the Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, 13 kilometers away from the center of Nanjing. Its predecessor is Meishan Iron Mine, which was founded in October 1959, resources are now close to exhaustion. The government plans to build it into an industrial heritage park, so the whole design is centered around the two goals of meeting the function of the existing mine wisdom command center and taking into account the overall effect of the site park.
