PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Brand Identity

INSPIRATION:
The logo design combines the first letter "T" with the graphic of the hummingbird to strengthen the cognition of the symbol and brand association; the brand IP is based on the prototype of the hummingbird, combined with the concept of "pilot" for anthropomorphic refining and shaping to express the brand spirit of curiosity and exploration. The open wings of the brand IP mean that the brand will lead children to embrace a better future. The brand as a whole uses a rich color visual language to convey a lively, youthful and friendly tone.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Tgl is a research and education platform for children. It advocates teaching through novel and interesting activities, and selects hummingbirds as the carrier of brand memory. The logo uses simple and pure visual symbols to create a rich, interesting and memorable brand image. The brand IP takes the hummingbird as a figurative image memory, and at the same time establishes a brand-new, three-dimensional character image. Through the role switching in different scenes, it has more interaction with the children and establishes an emotional connection.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The simple logo can save the communication cost for the brand. Hummingbird, as the carrier of brand memory, creates a visual symbol with exclusive brand. Brand IP is a derivative of the brand, which can realize various forms of creative extension across fields, enhance the interaction between the brand and user objects, convey the humanistic care of the brand, and enhance the core competitiveness of the brand.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project started in April 2021 in Shenzhen and completed in December 2021 in Shenzhen.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The simple shape of the logo can be applied to the presentation of different media. Brand IP uses the form of online plane or 3D model to output content, and offline uses metallic paint color and resin material to realize.

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
The actual production size of the logo is at least 4cm in width x 1.2cm in height. According to the information provided by customers, the specifications are set in equal proportions in the application of specific materials, which is convenient for customers to use and extend to actual production. The brand IP is customized offline as a character doll with a height of about 25cm.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Tgl is a research and education brand for children. It outputs emotional value to users by creating warm content, and at the same time, it can bring colorful fun and immersive experience to users, and improve users' freshness and satisfaction in course activities. . Therefore, the brand needs to establish a diversified brand vision, turn the brand concept into a visualization, and establish an effective role IP for emotional interaction.

CHALLENGE:
How to incorporate the hummingbird shape into the logo and achieve creative expression was our biggest challenge. After repeated attempts and research, the first letter "T" of the brand was finally perfectly combined with the hummingbird shape, forming a unique logo that is simple, interesting and unique to the brand.
