| DESIGN NAME: Lovin Maris Villas PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Development INSPIRATION: Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project is currently being built by using both concrete and steel structure methods. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm. TAGS: residential, villa, pool, development, istanbul, interiors, exterior, architecture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara. CHALLENGE: Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
