| DESIGN NAME: Mindelo PRIMARY FUNCTION: Detached House INSPIRATION: Our inspitration came from the clients' needs and preferences, from the location just by the beach, and from our kind of favourite lifestyle. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: From an old 80's construction a new house was born. Fully reconstructed, updated, modernized, both outside and inside suffered full renovation in a modern style though respecting and inspired in the house age and character. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This rehabilitation is impressive because it transformed a 40 year-old house into a modern though classical beach house with all the comforts of modern life.
