INSPIRATION:
The skateboard-inspired round and curled-up sides create grace and exceptional comfort. In the quest for the ultimate seating shape, the chair leaves the lounger unaware of its frame.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A chair designed for out door use. An elegant frame in aluminium was added to support the seat and back, finished with a weather-resistant polyolefin rope. Every material is lightweight, easily separated and recycled after use.

Design created in 2019 in Belgium and sold from 2019-now in the Jati & Kebon outdoor furniture collection.

Skate Alu is a truly stunning outdoor chair that is sure to make any outdoor space inviting and comfortable. The Skate Alu outdoor chair is a truly inspiring piece of design. Not only is the frame elegant and lightweight, but the weather-resistant polyolefin rope ensures that it will stay looking good for years to come. The materials used are also easily separated and recycled which makes this chair a great sustainability choice. It's no wonder that this chair has been recognised for its excellence with the A' Design Award!

I am in awe of this Outdoor Chair design, its sleek lines and curves so gracefully evoking a skateboard. It is a stunning piece of furniture that has managed to capture the essence of a skateboard and translate it into something even more comfortable and inviting. It is a perfect example of a designer's ability to take a concept and create something entirely new and unique. This chair has exceeded all expectations and is deserving of all the praise it has rightly earned.
