| DESIGN NAME: Flaming Bloom PRIMARY FUNCTION: Art Gazebo INSPIRATION: In Lingnan, the city Guangzhou is also known as the "City of Flowers". Gogar creates a large flower for the project New Park in Guangzhou Lingnan New World. The surrounding scenery is reflected in the spiral stainless steel; as moving around the sculpture, the reflected images are flowing and changing. The flower blooms as the shape of the gate with 5-meter height, through the "gate", people are into a new world. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Flaming Bloom is an artistic resting gazebo to shield pedestrians from the intense sunlight. And so the Shape of a flower is also as a symbol. In order to show the natural ecological growth details. The team has specially developed the twisted unit pieces and their plating process. As the twisted mirrors reflect the scenery in three dimensions from the curved surfaces, the eco-dome made up of curved units mirrors the illusion as visitors move and travel through it. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: In order to show the details of natural ecological growth, the GOGAR team deliberately developed a twisted unit element and its electroplating process. Since the twisted mirror surface is in a three-dimensional space, it will reflect the scenery by curved surfaces. With the displacement and shuttle of visitors, the ecological dome composed of curved units will also reflect each other.
