| DESIGN NAME: Yilong International Centre PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office INSPIRATION: Continuation of the city's original cultural context, the restoration of Oriental natural philosophy and wisdom of the classical city.Collage architecture in classical landscape painting.It brings traditional poetry into the city, reconstructs the symbiotic relationship between architecture and environment in the high-density and fast-paced area, and creates a future landscape artistic conception that gives people emotional sustension.Let "landscape" UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: From the perspective of "managing land and improving the city",the scheme adds an aerial bridge between the two towers,organizes the business form moving line with the concept of three-dimensional city,and forms a vertical complex ecological closed loop. In the face of the landscape,a retreat platform is added,making the building like a scattered mountain,winding up the secluded path,and the natural environment to achieve a “soft” connection,to achieve a harmonious coexistence. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The site design divides the plot into low area office entrance square zone, high area office entrance square zone and urban commercial interface.The entrance square completes the traffic connection between the office and the city, and the setting and changing of the space.The urban commercial interface activates the connection between the whole project and the city.Different function entrances are set separately, with clear direction and clear system. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2019 in the urban area of Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, and is currently underway. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: This project is a high level connecting body structure, in which the super high-rise office is a frame core tube structure, the high-rise office is a frame-shear wall structure, and the connecting body is located on the top of the high-rise office building.Floor and roof of all buildings are cast-in-place concrete beam and slab system.The connecting body adopts multi-truss steel structure, and the side of the super high-rise office building adopts rigid connection, and the side of the high-rise office building adopts sliding support.The floor of the connecting body adopts composite floor. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The total construction area of the project is 100071㎡,including 75,417 ㎡ above ground and 24,654㎡ underground. TAGS: Office, The Cloud Pavilion, Super High Rise Building, Function Of Sharing, Energy Deck RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Yilong International Centre located in Huangdao District, east of Wuyishan Road and north of Changjiang Road, the city environment is relatively mature.The building faces the mountains and the sea around the site, and the images of rivers, forests, streams, valleys, rocks and peaks in nature are applied in the architectural language, creating a space with a harmonious transition between the high-density city and the natural landscape, like a landscape painting or a group of green bonsai. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge in the design process of the project was the way the two towers were connected. Through constant research and comparison of model tests, we finally chose a way that was most conducive to the spatial design effect.The sufficient openness and sharing of the pavilion space in the cloud is what we want to present finally.
