| DESIGN NAME: Ningbo Zhonghai PRIMARY FUNCTION: Salles Center INSPIRATION: This case has its unique location, which is also the keynote of our design. The Chinese romanticism is the freehand Jiangnan (a Chinese ink-painting style). The lines of black roof tiles, the white gables, the smooth landscapes. This case draws a modern freehand Jiangnan with the minimal lines of the hillside roof, so as to retain the romance of the area. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is to find a balance between modern and traditional romanticism of the freehand ink painting. By using light and shadow to find the black and white balance, and by using the direction of the materials to give people a sense of direction and space, etc. It's a design with implicit details.
