| DESIGN NAME: Shenzhen Baguang PRIMARY FUNCTION: Culture and Sports Center INSPIRATION: The city is a creation with human as the main body and the place where civilization is generated.When the sun is slowly approaching the sea level, the busy day returns to tranquility. There are more people on the beach, some are walking, some are swimming, some are picking up shells, and some are playing happily... So, the cheers here were as high as the waves. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Baguang sports center is located in the east of Kwai Chung office, Dapeng New District, Longgang, Shenzhen, and ends at Yanba expressway. It is the most well protected natural land in Shenzhen, with silver leaf forest, egrets and wetlands. Combining the characteristics of space design in the seaside, based on architecture, the design emphasizes the flexibility of seawater, pays attention to the integrity of the project, and achieves green and sustainable development design. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In the design, the advanced technology, equipment, excellent technology, environmental protection materials and safe and reliable structure are preferred, and the industry standards and specifications are carefully followed. The space design combines the characteristics of the seaside and is based on the building. The design emphasizes the flexibility of the sea water and the integrity of the project, so as to achieve green and sustainable development design. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The floor of the swimming pool uses anti-slip and epoxy grindstone floor, which is designed with solvent-free formula, and the walls use permanent condensate DPS. The floor of the basketball hall is made of sports wood, and the elasticity and friction coefficient are strictly regulated. The walls are made of wood and wood wool sound-absorbing panels, the ceiling is made of metal and membrane materials, and the partially transparent roof is made of glass polyester transparent plates. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is located in the northeastern part of the beautiful dapeng peninsula in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province. The total land area is 36,041 square meters and the total building area is 70,657 square meters. Surrounded by water on three sides and only 20 meters away from the coastline, the building site is known as the "maritime cultural center" of Shenzhen. It is a comprehensive venue integrating swimming pool, badminton hall, training hall, grand theater, cultural center and library.
