DESIGN NAME: Africolor Festival
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Global Identity
INSPIRATION: Africolor is celebrating its 30th anniversary this edition is therefore the year of reunion with the artists who punctuated the festival but also those of the contemporary Afro-beat electronic scene. The word that inspired this visual creation is "resonate" : the vibration of bodies souls and spirits over time, beyond borders... Africolor never stops echoing! Translated by a typographical game that makes the title vibrate, creates a joyful rhythm and suggests that the right waves are spreading.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The first step of research is to make sketches on paper. Once I found the essential idea I continued the creative process on Adobe Illustrator, adapted to test different compositions. I cut the letters and duplicated them to create a vibrant rhythm. The different visuals of communication of the festival with formats as different as a poster, a kakemono or an Instagram publication were made via Illustrator and Indesign for the flyer and the brochure.
