| DESIGN NAME: Beauty Mansion White PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space INSPIRATION: Inspired by surrounding mountains and rippling waves of Bitan, the designer cleverly integrates the streams, clouds, woods and trees in the vision and allows the building to dance among the shadows of waters. The old tree serves as the main visual of the concept, rising amid the lobby in its grand presence, where the power to nurture life can bond the people who share the same living space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The new two-generation residential life Chinese Learning as the Fundamental Structure, Western Learning for Practical Use, not only fulfills the Western independent spirit, but further caters for the mutual watch-out between the two generations, as well as the emotional communication between the seniors and the grandchildren in a family. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: At the lobby center, the installation of an old tree reaches from the ground up to the ceiling in a grand presence, symbolizing a link of all households that share the building. The tiles resemble crayon scribbling on dried canvas, with the image of mountains and waters. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in May 2020 in New Taipei City, Taiwan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Situated in Xindian District in New Taipei City as the newest prominent landmark, Beauty Mansion White is constructed with full SRC, the best SA coupler as in Taipei 101, and tens of thousands of steel skeleton and concrete. Nature, mountains and waters are the design inspiration for space; in this the new aesthetic deluxe residence, returning home feels just like entering a palace of art. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: Residential, House, Interior Design, Space, Architecture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Beauty Mansion White offers amazing sights. It is a 30-story landmark at waters with scrupulous construction that meets five major criteria: SRC structure, strong column with weak beam, coupler, reinforced concrete, and raft foundation with diaphragm wall. The solid structure is a guarantee of residential safety. CHALLENGE: Water ripples are transformed into the ceiling decoration, made with titanium plated metal. It not only glitters like ocean waves, the property of metal reflection makes it easier to brighten up the indoor, so lights are not needed at day time for energy efficiency.
