When you join the A' Design Award & Competition via Professional Edition entry and if your work is selected as a winner, you gain an exclusive invitation to attend the La Notte Premio A' – A' Design Award’s Gala Night and Awards Ceremony. The greater A' Design Award Gala Night and Awards Ceremony includes many events running in parallel; these include but not limited to Red Carpet Ceremony, Winner’s Signature Ceremony, Sponsors’ Wall Photography, Stage Ceremony and Stage Photography, World Design Exhibition Photography among others and the Sponsors’ Wall Photography is an interesting aspect of it. Basically, once you pass the Red Carpet and the Sponsor’s Wall, we have a distinct photography spot, photographers, photography team and hostesses waiting for you, this spot is the Winners’ Wall. Distinct from the Sponsors’ Wall, the Winner’s wall is designed in a way to first showcase your A' Design Award winner status, and as such it prominently shows A' Design Award Winner symbols and emblems, moreover, we are selective of the background graphics and do not allow third-party companies to place their logos, that said A' Design Award reviewed and authorized institutions such as World Design Consortium, or museums like MOOD – Museum of Design or Museo del Design may have logos on display, and this is relevant because they provide us with a distinct type of permission structure deviating from the Sponsors’ Wall. In the Sponsors’ Wall because there may be logos of sponsors, the way your images be used is more limited to editorial scope that would mean news articles, corporate newsrooms and social media usage. However, because the Winners’ Wall does not feature sponsor logos, the images we provide to you after your Winners’ Wall photography may be used for a variety of marketing, branding, advertising and promotion purposes, campaigns, ads. You can integrate the Winners’ Wall images to your catalogs, brochures, corporate communications and advertising, press releases, news releases, electronic promotions, newsletters, websites, and otherwise your marketing that pertains to promotion of your award winning works, products and projects, of course following our dignified use requirements, in a way to leverage your meritocratic third-party independently given excellence in design achievement to your benefit. Here is exactly how it works: After red carpet, you pass sponsor wall and then come to the Winners’ Wall, here a distinct team awaits you, our team is again composed of photographers working with hosts and hostesses. The hosts and hostesses once again help you libertate your hand, take your belongings temporarily from your hand, such as envelopes, bags, phones. Our models or hostesses can also help take your photos from your camera, and models have the possibility to join your shot at their sole discretion, but after your kind request (they will not automatically join your photos, but if you ask they may kindly accept or refuse at their sole discretion). When you are set in the stage which consists of a 5 meter by 3 meter wall and a 6 meter by 3 meter carpet, you are guided by photographers to take your position. The photographers take your photo, and they may adjust lighting or your pose to get better results. Once the photographs are taken, they need post processing. During post processing, to our best capacity (meaning we do not guarantee a perfect result but reasonable effort which may or may not be always what you expect), the photographers review each and every photo, and delete the photos with weird facial expressions (we ask them to leave at least 1 photo in general if all expressions are slightly weird as long as you are dress code compliant), the photographers are also instructed to delete photos of children and kids (we do not allow kids and children to our gala, occasionally however ambassadors, ministers or billionaires would bring kids, when they do sometimes they take group photo with winners, and we delete these images as we do not publish kids images for any reason, sometimes we salvage and send personally to the ambassadors, ministers or billionaires attending the event and at their sole discretion they may share with you the images but we will not send to you since it is not your kids). Of course, photographers also check your dress code and pass to our team. When it comes to our team, we also run the same process again and filter out bad photos, as well as remove photos of gala participants who were not dress code compliant. Once this double review process concludes, photos are uploaded to A' Design Award’s gallery platform. The A' Design Award photo gallery is accessible free of charge to all laureates who are in good standing with A' Design Awards (good standing means not disqualified, have natural or positive account balance, and are in good terms (i.e. no intellectual property disputes, legal disputes or legal problems)). From the A' Design Awards’ photo gallery, you can then browse the images and download the ones you want, you will be able to access two variants first the low-resolution image with a watermark suitable for social media use, and then a high-resolution image without watermark suitable for media distribution. You can then use your Winners’ Wall photographs for your advertising campaigns, media promotions, newsrooms, marketing and branding. |
