Basically, the A' Design Award Sponsor’s Wall is a 5 meter by 3 meter, large temporary wall that features various logos including that of A' Design Award, World Design Consortium, and some museums as well as occasionally other partner brands. In front of the Sponsor’s Wall, there is a branded carpet, that is about 6 meters long, and 3 meters wide. Then, there are generally two fashion models as well as hostesses present, the hostesses are there to temporarily hold your belongings while you take a photo, and the models are there to help you take selfies and if you are attending the event alone, can also accompany you in images, however this is not obligatory of them and subject to their discretion. Then, we have professional photography equipment such as camera, tripod and special lighting to help capture professional images. Once you arrive at the Sponsor’s Wall, we take things from your hand, and ask you to position centrally to the wall, and take your photo. Once your photo is taken, please retrieve your items and proceed to Welcome Desk or Winner’s Wall. Two weeks after your photos taken, we review them, and if you are dress code compliant, we make them available to you, free of charge, from the gallery page at our website. If you are not dress code compliant, we would delete your photos graciously. We would also remove your photos if there is something weird in the photo, including but not limited to weird facial impressions, especially those that we think were unintendedly bad, the reason why we remove some images is to take proactive action towards keeping your image clean. Once we send you the A' Design Award Gallery Link, you will be able to browse through your images and download high resolution versions of your Sponsor Wall Images. These images can later be used to communicate your excellence.
