IAD is the International Association of Designers. IAD accepts designers, artists, architects, craftsman and creatives members. The primary purpose of the organization is to push philanthropic, social and ethical design practices. The ultimate aim of the IAD is to promote good design practices and principles worldwide in order to improve quality of life of general public from across the globe. IAD annually organizes several initiatives to help their goals. These initatives are World Design Hub, Designer of the Year and World Design Consortium programs.
International Association of Designers was added under Design Associations on 13th December, 2016. The relevant A' Design Award category for International Association of Designers is Meta, Strategic and Service Design, this category is open to Service Designers, Strategic Design Consultants, Business Designers, UX/UI Designers, Brand Strategists, System Designers, Interaction Designers, Organizational Design Consultants, Innovation Managers, Experience Designers, Customer Experience Consultants, Social Designers, Policy Designers, Information Architects, Service Brands, Service Manufacturers.
