China National Furniture Association - CNFA
China National Furniture Association（www.cnfa.com.cn）was established in 1988. It is a national organization voluntarily formed by the Chinese furniture industry and related industries of production, management, research, teaching and other enterprises, as well as social groups and individuals. CNFA has 2300 member companies currently. Key members include: Easy home, Red Star Macalline, Sleemon, KUKA, MANWAH, Shangpin Home Collection, QUANYOU, Markor Furnishings, YIHUA LIFE, AURORA, UE Chairs, Qumei, Huari, A-Zenith, SUNON, Landbond, Lamex, etc.China National Furniture Association is the Director membership of the National Technical Committee 480 on Furniture of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC480), which takes the lead in formulating, modifying, promulgating and publicizing national standards for furniture. In recent years, the SAC/TC480 has undertaken much standard-setting work of ISO/TC136 and held many working group meetings in China.The main work of CNFA includes the furniture expos, development of industrial clusters, information work, industry training, furniture design promotion, participation in standards revision and setting work, and in the work of the ISO/TC136 and the SAC/TC480, communication and cooperation between China and the global furniture industry and so on. China National Furniture Association was elected to the Chairmanship of Council of Asia Furniture Associations (CAFA) in December 2014 and the Chairmanship of World Furniture Confederation (WFC) in May 2019.In recent years, CNFA has carried out extensive exchanges and cooperation with furniture enterprises all over the world and has rich experience in international cooperation. We have organized and hosted many activities such as the World Furniture Forum, the Asian Furniture Forum, the Asian Furniture Exhibition and the Asian Furniture Development Summit. It has established good relations with such world-renowned exhibitions as High Point Exhibition in the USA, Milano Fair in Italy, Cologne Exhibition in Germany and Dubai Furniture Exhibition. It has established contacts with embassies, trade associations and authoritative institutions of nearly 50 countries, such as the United States, Italy, Canada, France, Japan, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Russia, EU, Egypt, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, India, Spain, Portugal, Peru, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria and ASEAN.At present, the exhibitions sponsored by CNFA include China International Furniture Expo/Furniture China (http://www.furniture-China.cn), China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou) (http://www.gz-ciff.com), Shenyang Furniture Expo (http://www.j999.com), etc.
