Longer Design, the creative mind behind the winning design Be Fly Utopia explains “Based on the relationship between the building, site and space, the designer sets up a transition staircase with a sense of form. In order to create the atmosphere of the library, he designed a bookcase leading to the second floor on the wall at the back of the stairs, which has a visual impact and sensory effect both indoors and outdoors. The ceiling of the negotiation area uses of the structure of the original building, and two reverse folding plates are designed according to the slope.
