Matthew Leonard, the lead designer of the winning interior design work 1 Belvedere Drive explains “WeWork 1 Belvedere Drive is a part of The We Company’s foray into building spaces beyond the urban environment. The space utilizes a Northern California aesthetic with localized design elements that engage its surroundings with a complex collection of materials and artworks. White oak, a tree native and prosperous to the region, is used throughout and can be seen in the pantry, bookshelves, coffee tables, desks, and shelving.
