Chen Yan Teng, the designer of the award winning project Residence of Yang says “This case is an old house renovation; it takes the life of the owner as the core, turns the shortcomings of the beam column structure into the advantage. The TV wall follows the beam and column structure and is designed with the oblique section, breaking the formalized concept of the wall, makes way for the open circulation, and connects the living room and the dining room.
