Reasoning Instincts Architecture Studio, the lead designer of the winning design Cube House explains “A multigeneration family house manifested as a blend of modern aspirations and traditional values of its habitants. Situated within a dense urban fabric, the site demanded careful consideration of massing to maintain privacy and openness. The physical form is conglomerated within a single cubic volume leaving one third of the land for landscaping. All components of the house adhere to this inherent geometry at various scales.
