Abhijit and Pranali Kothari, the creator of the award winning project Concrete Enthralled says “When seen as space planning and management exercise, it takes a great amount of problem solving folded in with the correct aesthetic parameters to make a successful project. We have dealt with all these parameters in the refurbishing of a 2000 sq.ft. tiles showroom into developer's office space, by carefully reconsidering and altering volumetric experience, climate and urban interface.
