Mercurio Design Lab S.r.l., the creative mind behind the winning interior design Vento explains “The form of Vento (‘wind’ in Italian) was inspired by the famous C42 cruiser which the designer Massimo Mercurio remembers from his childhood. With a seaside theme and lifestyle that was gravitating around the nearby One Degree 15 Marina, even the interiors of Vento resembles that of a high-end motorboat with wooden cladding, cabin-like beds and portholes for windows. There are no rooms, only cabins. Everything is wood, the walls and the ceiling.
