Daisuke Nagatomo and Minnie Jan, the creator of the award winning kitchenware design work SurPlate says “In Taiwan, the marble sheets are distributed as pre-fixed dimensions. However, when it is installed in the interior space, it is always need to be customized and create leftover materials. The importance of material is high, so that it is important to consider how to maximize its usage. Even though the planning of these materials are made carefully, however there are still some remaining that cannot be utilized as a building material.
