Yu-Ngok Lo, the lead designer of the winning interior design work Jinya Houston explains “For the new Jinya Ramen franchise in Houston, Texas we propose a design that combines modernity, traditionalism and elegance. Our proposal is not only efficient and comfortable but cleanly expresses the brand and the image of the Japanese noodle chain. Showcasing craftsmanship was a primary element of this process and coupling this spectrum with a warm color scheme is meant to express a rustic and traditional atmosphere.
