A' International Design Award and Competition is pleased to announce that the project Daic by Rahul tyagi , Verghese chacko, Pradeep sharma , harsh verma and abhishek sharma has been granted the famed A' Design Award in Construction and Real Estate Projects Design Category picked as the winner by the international judging committee of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of submitted designs.

Rahul Tyagi, the creative mind behind the winning work Daic explains “The building Form was derived on the persona of Dr. Ambedkar exemplifying simplicity and honesty - hence a square (pure geometrical form) of 65m x 65m was taken as the footprint to develop a cuboid of 20 m high. One corner of the cuboid has been truncated to highlight a 26 m high bronze Asoka Stumbh, a prominent symbol of Indian Democracy. The Architecture of the building is contemporary with subtle elements of Buddhist architecture.
