Regarding Pinta

Ana Monreal Carretero, the lead designer of the winning equipment design work Pinta explains “"Pinta" has been designed to optimize the process of handcrafted sausage tying. Due to the delicacy of the casing with which the artisan sausages are made, current automatic machines can not be used. Pinta treats in a subtle way the delicate gut, and the operator can optimize this process that is currently done by hand. It occupies very little space and its cost is low.
