Hiloni Sutaria Chudgar, the lead designer of the winning work Versatile Decadence explains “The site surrounding the existing structure is made up of thick landscape and contoured lands making a very interesting micro- context for the space. As most of regeneration projects do, this project too had a lot of challenges including the existing structure of the space paying homage to the architectural identity of it. The space is mainly has a formal entertainment and sitting area which flows into a more playful informal fun area for the younger generation.
