Ubaldo Occhinegro e Micaela Pignatelli, the creator of the award winning work Origami says “ORIGAMITABLE is a mechanically expandable table that is inspired by the ancient oriental technique of folding the paper called "Origami" The square plane extends mechanically increasing the useful dimensions through the deployment of four lateral wings folded below the plane .
