Abraham Cherem, the designer of the award winning architecture design work Parque Chapultepec II says “The project is a back office at the heart of Naucalpan, an industrial zone in the metropolitan área of Mexico city. This area is in the midst of an astounding transformation: changing from factories to commercial centers, offices and, on a smaller scale, residential areas and cultural centers. In this building, a particular emphasis was given to achieving a functional and structural coherence that responded to a central characteristic of the industrial typology being transformed.
