Benson Lee, the creative mind behind the winning project Otter explains “‘Otter’ is a personal disaster relief backpack for both wet and dry emergencies. The pack consists of two quick-seal storages and a deployable life vest, contained within a hard protective shell. It allows people to quickly store their personal belongings as they make a run during the disaster.
