Kai Wei, Lin, the lead designer of the winning project Piano With Forest explains “The intent of this design is to take advantage of the modern city, in one specific exterior design, bring in natural light to utilize a combination of modern and relaxation space to the customers. Piano With Forest was designed to surrounded by green elements which hard to found in a modern city, to connect the city with forest, and also interact the customers with the interior that created. It did not pursue a safe plan as other restaurants did.
