Grande Development Limited, the creative mind behind the winning project Anglers Bay explains “The flat in Sham Tseng was perhaps incredibly a five bedrooms and two apartments when the couple bought it. Having to provide a spacious and high level of privacy home, they opted for this apartment largely due to its green peaks and breathtaking sea view. This interior design turned two apartments into one apartment with more storage, bigger bathroom and kitchen and space for the male owner to have entertainment in his multifunction room.
