Peng, Li Yuan, the lead designer of the winning interior design work Modern Zen explains “The project is to design holiday homes and private guest houses which must function for family life, retain privacy, accommodate VIPs and display artwork in the public spaces. Combining Eastern and Western cultural thinking, with a full open plan design, as well as a large wood and stone texture surface area offering a mansion-style calm atmosphere with a smooth and flexible flow.
