Henry Chebaane, the lead designer of the winning work Flora Indica explains “FLORA INDICA is an intriguing new bar & restaurant serving contemporary Indian cuisine within an eclectic mix of Kensington residential elegance, 19th century industrial heritage, botanical Art & Craft and Victorian-inspired fantasy setting. During Georgian and Victorian times, tens of thousands of plants were discovered, labelled and studied in nurseries throughout India and Great Britain, for scientific and commercial purposes.
