A' International Design Award and Competition is delighted to share that the design Abt by Deepali Saini, Abhishek Majumder, Hari Kishan Nallan Chakravartula, Kamalkant Singh, Arun Chauhan, Suma Pathy and Dr. Aditya Sood has been granted the famous A' Design Award in Public Awareness, Volunteerism, and Society Design Category highlighted as the winner by the transnational jury members of the A' Design Awards & Competitions within a great number of submitted designs.

Regarding Abt

Hari Nallan, the creative mind behind the winning design Abt explains “Abt Associates engaged Think Design for designing tool kit to reduce delay along the care pathway for Pneumonia and Diarrhea in rural Bihar, thereby reducing high infant mortality rate. The project started with a brief secondary research, followed by extensive field research and rapid ethnography. By employing optimal research tools, Think Design and Abt Associates identified specific areas of intervention along with key stakeholders for adoption.
